Our Mental Health Outpatient Program is dedicated to addressing the root causes of emotional distress and fostering lasting healing. We focus on treating underlying trauma and attachment wounds that often manifest as conditions like anxiety, depression, mood disorders, and co-occurring challenges such as problematic substance use, self-harm, and disordered eating. Our team is committed to providing a supportive and empathetic environment, guiding individuals towards understanding and overcoming the complexities of their mental health.
CURRICULUM
Our private chefs makes delicious and nutritious snacks, desserts, and main courses according to each resident’s specific food preferences. We understand that the food you will be eating is an extremely important part of the healing process, and therefore we use only the freshest organic ingredients. Our highly skilled chefs can also prepare delicious vegetarian, vegan, diabetic friendly and gluten-free options upon request. All the meals are plated restaurant style, and our Registered Dietitian will work with you in choosing healthy food options during your stay.
