MAT
Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) for Opioid Use Disorder
Withdrawal is where many people stop before treatment starts. Our Medication-Assisted Treatment program uses Suboxone, which pairs buprenorphine with naloxone, to ease withdrawal and quiet cravings so therapy can do its work. Induction begins only once you are in moderate withdrawal, measured with the Clinical Opiate Withdrawal Scale, and our medical team monitors dosing from there.
Medication never stands alone here. It is paired with counseling, family therapy, and trauma-informed care such as Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART).

Detox typically spans 5–10 days. Residential care ranges from 30–90 days. Step-down care and outpatient services vary, often lasting several months to a year or longer, based on individual needs.
Not always. Some people do best in residential care after detox, while others can begin at PHP or IOP. A clinical assessment determines the least restrictive setting that will still keep you safe and engaged, and that assessment is free.
There is no set answer, and that is by design. Some people benefit from long-term maintenance and others taper once they are stable in recovery. The decision is individualized and made with your care team based on how you are doing, not on a predetermined timeline.
You can expect individual counseling, trauma-informed groups, cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, dialectical behavior therapy, relapse-prevention skills, and family therapy.
